Full blown crash. It feels like that DOW has been dropping 400+ points for 3 weeks now.

FED raised rate in mid Dec. This was followed by a "buy on facts" but when market realized that FED was targeting 4 rate hikes and NO economic data supported this (late dec 2015), it has been dropping hard ever since.

It is easy to blame Oil and China, but they have been dropping for far more than the last 3 weeks.

This market is what we get when FED have no clue on what to do:

FED Bullard: "inflation is a concern"
FED Dudly: "inflation is not a concern"

Until FED comes out and say "NO RATE HIKE FOR A LONG TIME", market will continue selloff and kill everyone.

SP500 LOD was 1834, didn't trade below Aug flash crash low @ 1833. Likewise, Apple traded at 94 PM, Aug LOD was 92. If these levels break, there is not much support. SP 500 support is 1820, Oct 2014.

More and more are talking about QE4 and less about rate hikes. Market is betting against the FED, which is normally a losing strategy. Maybe not this time?

We're not out of the woods just yet... Every rally is just another opportunity to short, while the bottom fishing suckers gets lured in and gutted.
