    For my education.
    1) My Vanilla Long Put on USDCAD is exactly at the same level like before BoC rate hike announcement, but Option is still in pretty big loss (position entered on Monday). I assume it's because volatility on instrument has sharply increased. Is this true?
    2) Where can I read online impl. and historical Vols on FX pairs, please? Of course I have no Bloomberg terminal.

Hi fx, I assumed sharp move. It's OTC Option with expiry next Wednesday (possible to transform into spot instead of cash). Regarding Vol, it's a good question....

UBS CIO on EURUSD 6-12 months Where could markets go?
A positive surprise by the ECB, i.e. defining the end of QE and even discussing
rate hikes, would have, in our view, the potential to lift EURUSD to equilibrium,
provided US policy-making stays unchanged. Our fair value for EURUSD
measured by PPP is at 1.27.
A positive surprise in the US budget process, combined with a hawkish response
of the Fed, would drive EURUSD down, provided the ECB stays with an
undefined end to QE. Presently, we would expect current support levels of 1.12
to be tested. Finally, a combination of positive surprises by US politics and the
ECB would cancel out forces of appreciation and depreciation. We would expect
EURUSD to stay in a broad 1.15–1.20 range.
