    Every time I hear the media whine about BREXIT and how bad things are going to be, why is that I get to think about a quote from the movie called Margin Call.

    Thx. After closing everything and reevaluating the performance/risk, the 3 algos running 10m, 15m and 30m timeframes opened 38 positions in seconds around the time when EUR...

    After quite some time developing my algos and interface to Saxobank's OpenAPI, I have now started my fully automated trading bots, trading FX. Parts of the algo framework can still be improved and I am still fixing bugs, but I have now started testing on a demo account.

    I am basically running on 4 timeframes:
    * 15m
    * 30m
    * 1h
    * 4h

    I have been running the 15m on Dukascopy for 14 days, generating around 11% profit.

    It's based on pairs trading (going long and short at the same time). All combinations of majors are optimized and time-filtered and then run through a portfolio-optimizer where optimal weights are calculated.

    All 4 timeframes trades 10-20 times a day, total margin usage is around 30-40% with a max of 5 pair trades open in each timeframe. Leverage is tuned to a level where historical max-drawdown is never larger that 30% on open positions and on a monthly basis.
