Will this raised takeover offer from Boskalis (BOKA NA) for Dockwise (DOCKW NA) be final? started at 17,20 euro, than last week monday raised to 18,00 euro and last friday re-raised to 18,50 euro. Never seen before, but this time its seems to be it.... Offer no longer seen as ''to low'' and books have opened.

Biggest AEX-Index gainer today: SBM Offshore (SBMO NA) @10,00 or + 8,10%; Investors like the news of writedowns on Yme platform, uncertainty hereby taken away. Also does a private placement via HAL investments. No dividend for 2012 and 2013.
