It's 10 o' clock. You are listening to GBPUSD news. It is a direct threat to our civilization letting chaos reign. Chaotic abuse of a free currency market should be made a public enquiry. You are listening to the world tonight. Money, currencies, taxations, democrats, TVs, FED and much more. And let's begin with actually one question. Why? Mother Nature's reply is pretty quiet WHY NOT.

Forex trading and the art of stop loss placement
Stop losses are essential in FX trading. We might think we know what the markets will do next, but no one really does. So traders use stop losses as insurance against being wrong and trading losses. They are part and parcel of the trading experience.

    GBPUSD H4.
Some of the smart money as on April 27, 2015. All chaotic structure is essentially polyphonic. It evolves not in a single line of thought, but in several superimposed strands at once. Hence, creativity requires a diffuse, scattered kind of attention that contradicts our normal logical habits of thinking. Creativity is required on several levels of decision making. Creativity is required for strategists and analysts alike. Strategists are responsible for spotting trading opportunities, Analysts are responsible for making a synthetic picture of different strategies possible and visible on the market. They are differently involved in risk taking. A trader risks money, an analyst risks his name (only?).
The chart attached has been washed out of all sort of unwanted and obsolete artefacts. Believe me that
was a lot of them finally damped as garbage. So right now I am presenting a synthesis of crucial developments from February till today, almost making three months.

The milk turned sour. GBPUSD plummeted to below 1.4700 and the causet was a sudden nasty turn around 9:00 a.m. which caught some traders wrong footed. That moment is marked in blue.

GBPUSD has failed to break decisively higher, still those who traded shorter scales can claim to have hit the jackpot. The trigger up from M5 expanded exactly 14.208 times its size to 1.4942 (from 1.4757 it yields 185 pips). Today there were smart guys who knew exactly what to do and when to do shortly after 11 o'clock, that's well in advance of the US non-farm payrolls. The smartest of the smart ones established their longs on Fool's Day before midday. They may be fun loving yougsters, forex anonymous, or the illegitimate children of luck and Catherine the Great. You see that the 14.208 expansion is a catastrophic one (lovely word).

    GBPUSD M30.
The physical entities which seem to serve as elements in thought are certain signs. There is, of course, a certain connection between those elements and relevant logical concepts. Klein implicitly considers intuition, with its mysterious character, as being superior to the prosaic way of logic. Non-linear dynamics defies logic. The trigger down expanded to the Feigenbaum border 4.669 from where two smaller triggers up also expanded to the Feigenbaum borders. Those phenomena are not mere names, but realities. Though they are less easy to observe directly, they exist, whether they are the cause of illumination or not. This shows some smilarities to the unconscious and the important property of being manifold; several and probably many things can and do occur in it simultaneously. This multiplicity of the unconscious enables it to carry out a work of synthesis. Not much of a trend but a lot of deterministic order. Still a lot remains beyond contestation, words and language.

The green triggers are no longer active. The trigger down expanded without squeezing forces. Two fresh triggers up were squeezed which gives an impression of certain weakness....

There are more actions visible on the M30 chart. Shorter scales mean less money involved, could be a rule but may be contradicted by the HFT who work in different dimensions of the market. Anyway, this M30 scale shows more initiatives, perhaps smaller in size nevertheless their goals can be clearly defined, some targets are met, so they knew what they were doing. Interesting that both the sellers and the buyers are still sitting on some profit. At a glance it looks that selling was more fearful than buying. Buyers pocketed handsome F times the size of the trigger up.
