Chinese A-shares offer a new frontier

Chinese A-shares offer a new frontier
Saxo Bank offers clients direct access to Chinese A-shares as of June 19, 2018. Of the many large companies now accessible by Western investors, these are the five that our Equity Radar model ranks highest given the recent shakiness seen in Chinese credit markets.

Copper correction likely to continue — #SaxoStrats

Head of Commodity Strategy / Saxo Bank

HG copper weakened on Friday despite the tailwind from a weaker dollar. This the first sign of weakness following a 26% that arguably saw the price run ahead of short-term fundamentals. Having made a small retracement today, we enter a short position with a relatively tight stop.

Much oil and little cash in Rosneft quarterly results
Russian oil group Rosneft keeps churning out around $5 billion in EBITDA every quarter, but has little to show on its bottom line with net debt on the rise. Rosneft's bond investors might sleep easily if the oil price stays around $50/barrel, but equity investors need to take a more cautious approach.
