Trading strategy
Depends upon market conditions; usually trend-following; in order of likelihood: commodity futures, spot forex, spot precious metals, shares. I target making an average of at least 1% profit per trading day (which is presently more difficult because ~50% of my account equity is in a long-term, strategic share holding (CWE)).
Biography
Trading more than 15 years. Commodity futures, forex and (less often) metals trader; rarely, shares or their CFDs. Sometimes I record my trades and my thoughts on twitter account "arftrades". I am not licenced to advise. I coach traders to improve their performance.

As president I would do absolutely nothing: Jakobsen

    Steen Jakobsen
Steen Jakobsen, Saxo bank's chief economist, travels the world telling investors just where our current crop of political leaders are going wrong and what the upshot of their ill-informed policies will be.

As as result, he's often met with the question "what would you do if you were president?".

Steen has his manifesto all planned – you can catch it right here.

You would not pursue a relentless drive to cancel the thousands of regulations which hamper business and investment?

Feds Yellen has a new model for economics: It's called:

TRANSITORY - and that her reply to everything:

The strong US dollar, deflation, inflation and world peace.

In other words Fed is lost, they have no outlook per se and she even admitted "forecasts are not forecasts"!...

This is one very bad performance by Yellen but her main answer in Q&A was:

The is almost unchanged economic outlook with a more accomodative monetary policy === Weaker US dollar.

1800 was a typo in the displayed extract. The full entry says '1880'. But I can not find the contract used for the trade.
