Crude oil market caught in a flood of conflicting news

Crude oil market caught in a flood of conflicting news
WTI Crude oil, down 10% from its recent peak, must currently absorb a lot of conflicting news. Venezuela's output is in free fall; the US has asked Saudi Arabia and others to raise production; there's a widening discount to Brent and solid demand growth is starting to be questioned. Some of these developments threaten to break the harmony within Opec as the members prepare to meet on June 22.

Dan, I have a question on rolling short options, easier to explain with example. If for instance I sell today EurUsd Call 1.25; then spot goes on the wrong direction getting closer to 1.25. If I want to roll the option over before it gets in the money (buying this call and selling another one with strike 1.26), when is the best time to do that with respect to spot? I.e. is it better to buy the 1.25 call at the money (when spot is 1.25, as the 1.26 premium may be higher) or a bit out of the money (when spot 1.24-1.1245, as the 1.25 call may be less expensive to buy)?
