Collins is looking to short any rallies near to 1.3003 with downside scope to 1.2930, 1.2906 or even 1.2879. He adds that only above 1.3045 is positive.

The levels remains valid as does the technical reasons behind it. However, a lack of momentum rather than mildly higher prices means signals have been diluted. So I would keep exposure modest and square ahead of FOMC
