Dollar weakness and the Chinese yuan strength that is driving it is the big story of the day as core bonds slump and US Treasury yields pitch higher all along the curve.

WEEK 27 (04.07.2016 - 10.07.2016) [EURUSD]

EUR and other risky assets are gaining unexpectedly well. Probably Brexit effect was discounted after referendum results announcement.

The more we get away from Brexit the more we come back to central banks. It means EUR could gain as FED's policy(more dovish) has been overshadowed by Brexit.

Without strong down move at the opening(or whole Monday) I expect to see EURUSD above local high(1.1169) in coming week. H4 is on a verge of breaking higher, what is crucial for my bullish PA. However D1 is still in bearish state.

I have placed a temporary sell around 1.1460-75 in my long term scenario. It is important level for long term range and future development of possible bullish trend.

Short Term: Bullish

Medium Term: Lower limit 1.0480, No Upper limit

Long Term: Bearish, below 1.0460, temp. sell 1.1460-75
