TradingFloor.com gets 92 percent approval rating from members

Co-founder and CEO / Saxo Bank A/S
Denmark
We don't like to get too self-congratulatory on TradingFloor.com, but when 92 percent of community members say they would recommend the platform to a colleague, it certainly offers vindication for what we're trying to achieve here.

It's not the only piece of good news to come from a survey conducted by the Global Strategy & Data team to assess the community's reaction to the new TradingFloor and our move into the exciting and dynamic world of social copy trading.

As well as that standout recommendation figure from TradingFloor.com members, non-members were also quick to voice their approval logging in at 86 percent.

Elsewhere, content also got a big thumbs up from the community with a 90 percent member rating in favour of articles on TradingFloor.com and a 79 percent positive vote from the non-members (don't knows primarily accounted for the remainder).

Out of those who had a view, Saxo TV also scored very highly with 63 percent of members liking what they see (31 percent don't knows).

Of course, Saxo being Saxo, we're never satisfied and we'll be doing all we can to send those approval ratings higher. That means when you see something you don't like, don't hesitate to get on to us and we'll try to take the steps to make your social trading platform even more easy to use.

That means where we can provide a fix quickly, we will. And of course, where something requires a more systematic approach towards a solution, we'll also be following through on that to enrich the site.

In the end, the site is about you. The more feedback we get, the better!
