Lambert: Why I am shorting USDCAD

Clive Lambert - FuturesTechs
Clive Lambert says he is shorting USDCAD after the pair saw a significant sell-off on Wednesday.

The selling left resistance at around 1.3767-72 for the pair, which overnight failed at 1.3784. Lambert believes the pair will head lower today and in coming days and is looking to sell at 1.3750 with a stop above 1.3800 and his targets for the trade are 1.3660 and 1.3460.

Aleksa, This trade was from Friday and we saw a spike to 1.3848 that saw me stopped out on the trade. today we have trend resistance at 1.3836 and I'd still consider short trades while we're below here.

The trade based on selling a break of 1.3765 on Wednesday has worked out very well and as Shazi said we're well on the way to 1.3460 now. If you're short stay with it. 1.3615 is a big resistance today on any rally so maybe you could lower a stop to just above here. Have a good day, all.
