Hi, real clients of Saxo. I'd like to open discussion about important issue regarding News service in GO (PRO & ST2).
Since February I try to solve problem with account service. Unfortunately No answer at all from them :((

I raised a ticket a while back and didn't get a response. I don't think it is a function that is used or is active. You would be better off sending an email to the address on the website and/or calling your account manager and asking if they can put you through to someone that can look at a tech issue.

Also havent got a response to a ticket I opened last friday, could be a technical issue, or thats its just not active as cat said

If brokerage stopped to use internal application with dedicated Ticked ID for communication with customers, then something is terribly wrong!
Regarding News problem: do you guys experience the same flagrant unsatisfied status? I mean nonsense news in chinas, arabic and so...

I never use saxoGO, but just logged in and yes, some of the stories are in spanish. This may not be a saxo issue though, depending on the source of the news and their translation formats. I used to work with a company that did articles in 3 languages and it was a stream of constant problems. Also with the ticket application it could easily be a software issue that is not known about internally yet. Anyone who has ever worked in software will have sympathy for anyone else in the same position hahaha

This is a bit of a shot in the dark....But what web browser are you using to access SaxoGO?? And what language packages are active/installed in the browser?

1) thank you for confirming - content of Spanish News in RANsquawk!
2) yes, I was in Beta PRO team and tested New Platform PRO. Plaftorm manager is very kind guy who explained me that content is responsibility of supply Agencies - but I hope Saxo is such a Big Market Player that they have tools to put things into move and will fix this status!!
3) of course, every software solution needs time to test and fix bugs, it's inevetable. But in my humble opinion in this case I'm not sure brokerage is even familiar with problem existance '??'
4) I use Czech language mutation of Windows 8.1PRO and as browser I use newest Chrome, version: 65.0.3325.181. If you scrolled via cloud document, you can see days when News works fine - so language packages and browser version seems to be OK.

After browser restart: version 66.0.3359.117.
Anyway the same issue is in ST2 & PRO and these are destop solutions
