El Ibex 35 sigue cuesta abajo en la última sesión de esta semana negra

El Ibex 35 abre con hueco bajista. No logra levantar cabeza, más después de las fuertes caídas experimentadas ayer por Wall Street y hoy en Asia. El selectivo español se juega los 9.700 puntos con un valor menos cotizando hoy, pues Acciona ha sido suspendida por posible venta de su negocio termosolar. Mientras, en el mercado de divisas el EURUSD se mantiene sobre 1,22 y, en el de materias primas, el Brent va a por su sexta jornada consecutiva de caídas cotizando en los 64,33 dólares. 

Wall Street vivió otra jornada negra con un retroceso del 4,15% en el Dow Jones Industriales y hoy el Nikkei perdió un 2,32% en la sesión asiática. Con estos precedentes, los parqués europeos tienen que luchar a contracorriente si quieren cerrar en positivo. De momento, el Ibex 35 no se quita la camisa roja para iniciar la última sesión de la semana, la cual, será clave para ver que no pierde el soporte de los 9.600 puntos.
 
Además, comienza la sesión con un valor suspendido de cotización. La CNMV ha suspendido la negociación de Acciona a la espera de que se aclare si ContourGlobal comprar el negocio termosolar de la española por un importe que podría elevarse a 1.500 millones de euros.

Gas Natural cae un 0,37% y se aleja de los 18 euros por acción mientras aparecen noticias que apuntan a que CVC quiere acelerar el proceso de compra del 20% de Gas Natural que está en manos de Repsol y, para ello, ha pedido un crédito de 1.400 millones.

Abertis cotiza plana en los 19,5 euros mientras la guerra de OPAS por la concesionaria promete alargarse, pues la italiana Atlantia ha logrado fondos para elevar su oferta hasta los 20 euros, por encima de los 18,76 euros que ofrece ACS. Además, Hispasat apoya su venta a Red Eléctrica sin esperar el visto bueno de Nadal.

En el Mercado Continuo, Sacyr reparte dividendo de 0,052 euros brutos por acción y finaliza el plazo de cotización de derechos para la ampliación de capital de Prisa.
