Outrageous Predictions 2017 is out today and this call on Italian banks to rally 100% in 2017 could raise some eyebrows in light of the fallout from last Sunday's referendum vote and the frantic efforts of the Italian banking sector to reduce their toxic debt.

Clinton leads in key swing states, would likely win election – poll

Reuters
Exclusive: If the US presidential election were held today, Democrat Hillary Clinton would win the key swing states of Florida, Ohio and Virginia and have a 95% chance of beating Republican Donald Trump to become America’s first female president, according to the Reuters/Ipsos States of the Nation project. But then here's a poll out today showing Clinton only ahead by 3 points nationally http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/292575-national-poll-clinton-leads-by-3-points And there is another today showing Trump ahead in Florida. So it's all over the place..........But the betting sites aren't moved: Trump has been almost 5/1 for the last month. That would be a good bet - not for him to win but the race to tighten - if it wasn't for the fact that he could withdraw if things don't improve. He wouldn't want to go down in history as "the biggest loser" and could truthfully say he was pulling out "because the party isn't supporting me". That would mean either Romney or Ryan would be Clinton's opponent come Nov 11.
