ACS y Abertis protagonizan una apertura sin rumbo fijo en el Ibex 35

El Ibex 35 abre con dudas jugando con los 9.600 puntos, a la espera de la decisión de política monetaria del BCE. Mientras, el EURUSD se mantiene sobre los 1,24 dólares. Entre los valores protagonistas de la apertura está Abertis, que se desploma después de que ACS y Atlantia hayan confirmado que están manteniendo negociaciones para un posible reparto de activos de la concesionaria.

Hoy los inversores se decantan por las compras esperando al BCE. Los expertos no auguran cambios en la política monetaria y creen que Draghi mantendrá un tono conservador y tranquilo en la rueda de prensa posterior a la reunión del organismo. Entre los eventos que justifican que el BCE mantenga su política acomodaticia está la baja inflación, el empeoramiento de los últimos datos de PMI europeos y el riesgo de una posible guerra comercial con EEUU. De hecho, Trump autorizará aranceles de importación al acero y el aluminio, pero planea ofrecer exención temporal a Canadá y México. Parece que la eurozona no está entre los privilegiados y eso hace que desde la UE se preparen represalias fiscales a la importación de productos estadounidenses.

Dentro del Ibex 35 el protagonista de la apertura es Abertis, que se desploma más de un 4% ante el posible fin de la guerra de OPAs entre ACS y Atlantia por la concesionaria. La italiana ha confirmado que está manteniendo conversaciones preliminares con ACS para explorar la oportunidad de repartirse Abertis y evitar una guerra de OPAs. Así, mientras Abertis cae con fuerza, ACS se dispara más de un 10% acercándose a los 30 euros. 

Ferrovial tantea los 17 euros tras conocerse que, junto a Renfe, podrá lograr una licencia de operador ferroviario en Reino Unido .

En el sector bancario, otro día más es noticia Bankia. Si a comienzos de semana su presidente dejaba caer que podría ser una buena compañera para BBVA, hoy se ha conocido que Bankia y Credit Agricole negocian la creación de una joint venture de crédito al consumo.

En el Mercado Continuo, Duro Felguera sigue suspendido de cotización mientras prepara un ajuste patrimonial y ampliación de capital que podría suponer la dilución del 95% de sus actuales inversores.
