    Will Skanska revisit August lows?

    The Skanska stock should not be able to withstand a broader market decline. Given that we have three waves higher off the low set on August 31, a new decline could gain traction. Sell the stock below SEK 168.50 with targets of SEK 165 and SEK 160.

    Sweden's construction industry is on shaky foundations
    Swedish inflation numbers came in stronger than expected last week causing spikes in key SEK currency pairs. Related to the topics of inflation, rates and currencies is the situation with the Swedish housing bubble which has hit the headlines of Swedish newspapers. Finally, construction stocks are looking shaky and appear to be heading lower in the medium term.

    The Swedish equity market is on yet another breakout attempt to possibly embark on a third wave advance higher, however the spring sky isn't all blue and with not too much of imagination a bearish scenario could be worth bearing in mind! I also share some thoughts concerning the development of Swedish real estate prices and two related stocks.
