    A number of global themes is attracting investors back to gold, such as the speculation of a stockmarket bubble forming in Asia. In South Africa, the underperforming resources sector and current gold price are providing some opportunities, although the upcoming wage negotiations for mineworkers may be an issue if not resolved quickly.
