Greece uses the Euro (EUR) as currency, the national stock exchange is the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) and Hellenic Exchanges Group (HELEX - EXAE) (consolidates Athens Exchange, Athens Derivatives Exchange and Thessaloniki Stock Exchange), and the country's main economic factors are tourism; shipping; industrial products, food and tobacco processing, textiles; chemicals, metal products; mining and petroleum. The country is located in Southern Europe, politically considered part of Western Europe. Greece has land borders with Albania, the Republic of Macedonia and Bulgaria to the north, and Turkey to the east. The Aegean Sea lies to the east of mainland Greece, the Ionian Sea to the west, and the Mediterranean Sea to the south.
