Non-farm Payrolls expected to drop 30,000

The US labour market report for July is due Friday and we expect another 30,000 decline in total non-farm payrolls with a 100,000 contribution from the private sector offset by a decline to due to the 2010 Census. The unemployment rate is expected to increase slightly to 9.6%.
