Last Friday gave rise to some few interesting changes in global commodities. The recent uptrend in Cocoa seems to have slowed down and may be on the brink of reversing so watch out for Cocoa over the couple of trading days. In Soybean the slowing uptrend has stopped and reversed into a potential downward trend based on Friday's close. On the contrary, Wheat has moved from a slowing downward momentum into an upward trend so watch Wheat carefully this week. Otherwise is the strong upward trend in precious metals unchanged and the QE last week may easily extend this upward trend as easy money for the foreseeable future should be a strong supporting force for precious metals which supply is constrained compared to the unlimited supply of fiat money.
