Growth by cost cutting measures have been fully implimented, further growth will be dependant on a pick up in consumer spending. Health and technology sectors are identified for better than average performance, however tech giants such as Intel and Cisco have revised down their earnings. Results from the 'Housing Starts' report from the US to be announced this week, will be a key economic indicator.
